Here we were today, miserable, soaking wet and freezing at the Green Cruise. I don't blame anyone for not coming out...it was awful. I feel bad for the Green Cruise organizers, they work hard to put on this event.
Tomorrow, though you can come see us and hopefully there will be no rain. Tomorrow the Royal Oak chapter of La Leche League is putting on a Picnic in the Park to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week!

Bring your family and your picnic lunch and join us for some playground fun!
Our local La Leche League Group will be there to celebrate families and
breastfeeding. Family oriented local businesses will be on hand while we
enjoy the park and picnic festivities. Popcorn and dessert will be provided.
We’ll also have face painting and activities for the kids!
