Free Diaper classes!

The class schedule is up!
We are pleased to offer free Cloth Diapering classes! In each class, we will cover:

-General information about cloth diapering
-The different systems of cloth diapers used today
-Washing your cloth diapers
-Good cloth diaper maintenance
-We will have many different brands of cloth diapers and covers available for participants to see and feel, and will be happy to answer any questions attendees may have!

Registration is limited, so please e-mail me (emily@nopinsrequired.com) with the date you'd like to attend, your name, phone number, age/due date of child, and how many people will be attending.

It can only get better....

Here we were today, miserable, soaking wet and freezing at the Green Cruise. I don't blame anyone for not coming out...it was awful. I feel bad for the Green Cruise organizers, they work hard to put on this event.

Tomorrow, though you can come see us and hopefully there will be no rain. Tomorrow the Royal Oak chapter of La Leche League is putting on a Picnic in the Park to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week!

Bring your family and your picnic lunch and join us for some playground fun!
Our local La Leche League Group will be there to celebrate families and
breastfeeding. Family oriented local businesses will be on hand while we
enjoy the park and picnic festivities. Popcorn and dessert will be provided.
We’ll also have face painting and activities for the kids!

Saturday we are going to our first event (Sunday is our second event, I will post about that too!) We will be at the Green Cruise in Ferndale! The Sierra Club organizes the Green Cruise to celebrate alternative forms of transportation that do not burn fossil fuels by celebrating the people that use these alternatives - walkers, bikers, canoers, runners, rollerbladers, hikers, swimmers, etc. They will have a Green Alley with green businesses, like us! Come see us and our diapers! We will have diapers and accessories for sale!

8am • 21 mile B’ham and back recreational ride
9am • 5 mile family ride
Start/Finish at the Green Alley, helmets and signed waivers
are required, riders must obey all traffic laws,riders under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please download, print, sign and bring the waiver to the ride. Link on right.
